We are interested in understanding the level of academic preparedness of college or university students entering their first year and/or those taking Introductory courses.

All results of this survey will be held in confidence as will the names of any institutions and individual participants. The use of the information in this survey is for the upcoming STLHE conference presentation: "I wish I had known that. Preparing students for university before they get to campus" and will form the basis for the discussion during the session.

For the purposes of this survey, the definition of academic preparedness is: a student's ability to manage first year or introductory course curriculum without remedial assistance on concepts they should understand or skills which are expected of them.
